The com plaint alleges that defendants claim some title in property, which title is deuied by plaintiff, and she asks a decree that defendants be permanently enjoined and restrained from exerting any right, title or interest in nnd to the premises. o There will be a practice shooting at the Pinter range, but nothing official, as the government's ammunition will not be used. When the government furnishes the ammunition, the shooting is done according to rules of the war department and the score of each siioot er is sent in to the department. The Krag-Jorgcnsens furnished by the gov ernment will be used tomorrow, but each man will have to furnish his own ammunition. o James Berridge, who was returned here from Eugene to answer to a charge of wrongfully appropriating a hack belonging to C.
