( Teamsters May Start Sympathetic Strike San Francisco, July 7 If the bay and river boatmen's strike is not set lied bv Monday, members of the Broth erhood of Teamsters will walk out in fcympntby. This was the plan toduy, follim-inir a meeting of the local lodge, at which tiie river strike situation was discussed.: The longshoremen's strike has nothing to do with this move, it was declared. Michael C ase, president of the union, in announcing the plan declared that the bay ami river boatmen had been refined arbitration, although their de mands were justified. If tiie team sters quit, Casey said,-the produce bus iness in San Francisco may be serious ly affected, as a great portion of the fruits ami vegetables used here are brought to the wharves -in river ves sels und handled on the docks by the teamsters union. Marine firemen vote next week on the proposition of a strike ill sympathy with the bay and river boatmen. Such a move would seriously affect river commerce. The waterfront workers' federation is considering the longshoremen 's request for a sympathetic strike. FAILED TO CATCH BANDIT Fresno, Cal., July 7.
