Curtis and his Golf Girls in a musical comedy, "The Nineteenth Holo" Curtis (who weighs about 300 pounds) as a caddy furnishes the laughs and eight pretty and shapely young women and a good straight man lend life and music to make the act the best of its kind that has yet been of fered on the empress shows. This act carried its own scenery which was very pretty and appropriate. "THE NE'ER-DO-WELL" COMING Rex Beach's greatest story, "The Ne'er-Do Well," filmed by the. EX MAYOR FINALLY BECOMES CITIZEN Monmouth, Ore., April 17. After serving one term us mayor of -Monmouth, and voting for many years Philip H. Johnson was notified by the county court last week that he should take out his second naturalization papers. The net was completed and ex Mayor Johnson is' now n citizen of the United States.
