Kilesinn regiments have penetrated further into the French lines southeast of Bethineourt, it was officially announced today. They took 10:15 prisoners. Four French coun ter attacks on the Meuse west bank were repulsed. Capital City Laundry Makes Improvements Edward G. Smyth, proprietor of the Capital City Laundry, has .just returned after spending a week in Seattle and other northern cities buying new ma chinery and studying laundry condi tions in the larger cities. The Capital City Laundry company's business has increased to such an extent that it was necessary to increase the plant and put in more modern machinery. Mr. Smyth bought ten new modern machines which will ake an up-to-date laundry,! when installed. A new process vacuum dry room, tumbler for handling family washing, and a new washer of the latest design will eliminate wear and tear of clothes. Tho Capital City Laundry company has started the reconstruction work on their building and when completed .it will be one of the best equipped and most sanitarv laundrys in the state. This means that they were drilled by non-coniniissioned officers in the various wavs of holding a gun, in payonet exercises, military hygiene and first aid.
