Another case of smallpox developed
Saturday at the penitentiary, making
seven in nil since the first case was re
ported. As soon as the first case was
reported the penitentiary was quaran
tined and guards and prisoners were
vaccinated but their efforts linvc fail'
to check the epidemic. None of t!
