WILL MOVE TO ALBERTA If tho State Irrigation and Drainage Congress agrees upon a rural credits legislative program, that serves the interests of tho general tanner as well, as those of the .irrigation, and drainage farmers, tho federated Ore gon State Grange and Farmers' Union will endorse tho measure and work for iits enactment into rural credits legislation. If on the other hand the measure recommended by tho irriga tion nnd drainage representatives fails to meet the needs of the general farm er, -the federated organizations , will adopt a rural ereditsh program that will meet tho requirements of the general farmer, and initiate measures for enactment into rural credits laws.
