NEITHER MAR NOR PA AURORA HOP NOTES Aurora dealers who have checked up every bale of hops in the' Aurora section state that the exact number of bales in growers' hands outside the association is 3,004. As this section ordinarily produce about from one etiglith to one-tenth of the state's crop, there ought to be, according to their figures, between 20,000 and 25,000 bales left in Oregon, in the hands of growers outside tho association, provided, that the other hop sections are holding' the same proportion of their hops that Au rora is holding. It also appears from their figures that the total crop will exceed 100,000 bales. Aurora dealers say they are revis ing their figures upward in determin ing tho 1015 crop. The following are tho figures given in making up thair latest estimate: Shipped out 60,000 Males In dealers' hands 8,000 bales Association hops 20,000 bales In growers' hands 20,000 baled Total 114,000 bales association hops 2H.000 bales In growers' hands 8,000 bales Which set of figures are correct will be shown within a few weeks. Tho quantity in growers' hnnds in tho An rorn district indicntes, however, that 8,000 bales is fur too low for the whole state.
