Four Puyal lup boys are enjoying their liberty to (fciy because of the fortunate circiim 81111100 that Mnrshal Olson, who arrest ed them for indulging in a belnted Hal lowo'en celebration last night, found himself unable to unlock his jail. There was no other place to put the offenders, so they were turned loose. Olson gathered in the youths, who were busily engpiged in turning on the water from firo plugs and flooding the streets. They were promptly marched to the lockup, but the marshal discov ered to his chngriu that other prnuk ers had been thero ahead of him and filled the keyholes to the main door and the cells with plaster of pnris. The "eolaboooe" is being laborious ly unlocked today. ENGLAND DON'T CARE Washington, Nov. 1.
