TO HELP THE BELGIANS. Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 18. Ten . Thousand tickets of admission to the football game between the University of California and the Oregon Agricultural college, to be played in the high school stadium here Thanksgiving day, were placed on sale today. The proceeds are te be devoted to the relief of Belgian war refu gees in the war zone. The tickets arc offered at 50 'cuts each, but all remaining unsold next Tuesday night will be withdrawn and thereafter the charge will be !. The stadium will accommodate more than 30,000 persons and it is expected that a large sum will be realized for the Belgiun re lief fund. The Sons of Veterans will entertain Sedgwick Tost. G.
