Geer returned last even ing to Portland, after sizing up the po litical situation in this part of the country for a few days. Mrs. Ada Howard has removed from Harrisburg and will make her home in this eity, having taken the Waller house on Liberty street. Mrs. Howard is an aunt of Mrs. Hogan of this eitv.
