hill, and of certain roads in road
district No, 53, near Silverton, Oregon,
by clearing, grading, draining and ma
cadamizing same, as will more fully ap
pear by the pinna and specifications of
the same now on file in this office. All
bids must be nccompamod by a certi
fied check of five per cent (5 per
cent) of tho araonut of such bids and
must bo filled in this office on or be
