ducting a lunch stand on the streets
here for some time, was served with a
warrant of arrest today by Chief of Po
lice Shedeck, charging him with as
snulting a young lad by the name of
Pyrti. Tho boy mother swore to the
complaint, and it is alleged by her
that Drath injured the boy's wrist by
throwing him nJout, and that when she
remonstrated about the alleged rough
handling of her offspring, Drath used
abusive language toward her. Drnth's
trial was set for lMe this afternoon in
the police court.
