SUDDEN DEATH OF GIBL k IS BEING INVESTIGATED f UNITED N1BBS LEASED WIKB.1 Pan Francisco, Dec. 20. 11, Gingher, an elevator constructor, was held by tho police here today pending a report from the city chemist on a post mortem examination of the contents of the stomach of Miss llattio Katz, aged 21 years, who died suddenly in Gingher 's apartments yesterday. Dr. Stafford stated this afternoon that no evidence of poison has been found so far, but ho would not say that the young wo man died from natural causes. Gingher. asserted that Miss Katz, to whom he was to have been married on Christmas day, was taken suddenly ill with cramps while in his room and died within a few hours.
