Joseph Frank Mikuloc, who left
New York January 1C, 1911. with the
promise that he would walk around
the world before December 30, 11)14,
and who was In Salem May 12, 1011,
has been heard from by the chief of
police. He is In Rangoon Durum,
from which place he wrote October
12 asking for Information regarding
the history and other statistics con
cerning Salem, which statistics lie
expects to use In 11 book which lie
will publish at the end of his Journey.
