The parole board of the state prison has reported favorably on the propos ed parole of Hank McKinney, of Tilla mook, who Is serving a two-year sen tence for rape. McKinney has beeu in prison about nine months. The board also reported favorably on six teen other prisoners among whom Is Lynn Eberman, also of Tillamook, In prison for attempted rape.
