Fanned by the wind Into a raging inferno the two docks of the New York Central lines, at the foot of West Thirty-third street, on the North River, caught fire to day, and are almost a total loss. The piers were filled with mer chandise when the conflagration started, and the flames spread rapidly Several firemen were compelled to Jump Into the river to save their lives.
