Proceed ings for the dissolution of the "alumi num trust" were begun today, when a motion for a decree restraining the trust from continuing its alleged vio lations of the Sherman anti-trust law was entered In the United States cir cuit court here by attorneys for the government. The trust, which controls 90 per cent of the aluminum output through i a system of restrictive contracts, has agreed to nullify these contracts.
