Wants f onrt Abolished The railroad' commission today re ceived a communication from the railroad commission of Nevada say ing that It had appealed to Its dele gation in congress to abolish the commerce court and to pass a law expediting commerce cases in the fed eral court, and asking this commis sion to make a like appeal to its del egation In congress. The commission of this state has not decided JuBt what Its action will be.
