When the racing hegins at 11 o'clock tomorrow. It Is expected that fully 20,000 machine, each loaded to capacity, will be parked around the course. Three races with n total of 20 en tries will be run tomorrow. The Il linois trophy, 202 miles, the Kent county trophy, 16!) miles, and the Aurora trophy, -133 miles, ronstl tute the program. The Elgin national trophy, the fen tare event, will be run Saturday. Twelve entries will start In the vent, which Is over a 305-mile course. Rear-Admlral Sir Colin Keppcl was given the command of the royal yacht Victoria and Albert by King Edward, and on one occasion when the late king wb on board his majesty thought he would like to teor the yacht for a little way. C, Aug. 24 Local Chinatown had another picturesque fire last night which caused a loss, the Chinese estimate, of $30,000. The Insurance adjuster has not yet made a report. Several Chinamen were badly burned and some injured by Jumping. One died this morning at the general hospital as the result of burns. Ten Chinamen who were slightly Injured or burned were taken to a nearby house where they were at tended by friends. The police are satisfied that there are no bodies lu the ruins.
