ceived by the said board of regents
until 2 o'clock p. m. July 24, 1911.
for the furnishing of all material. and
the! performance of all labor required
for the erection and completion of
the Dairy Building for the Agricul
tural College, State of Oregon. All
bids to be endorsed, "Pr6poeala. for
the Dairy Building." Said proposals
to be opened upon the above date
by the said Board ot Regents. All
the work and material must con
form to the plans and specifications
therefor on file on July 14th at the'
office of the college, Corvallis, Ore.,
and of the architects, Bennes & "
Hendricks, 400-6 Henry Building,
Portland, Ore. Each proposal must
be accompanied by a certified check
of rive (5) per cent or the amount ot
the bid, as a guarantee, that the suc
cessful bidder will enter Into a con
tract according to said plana and
specifications. Said check to be
made payable to the Oregon Agricul
tural College. If for any reason the
bidder falls to execute the proper
contract and bond required within
ten days after notification of the ac
ceptance of his bid, then said check
will become forfeited to the Oregon
Agricultural College.
