Drltlsh Columbia, as well as London, Berlin or Paris, has Its bona fide airship mystery, and as yet no one has came forward to give a clew by which the mystery may he solved. Better still, the mystery appears to be drifting rapidly - toward Victoria and the coast country generally, showing red and green lights, from which It may be Inferred that a drug stofe has got afloat In the ether. The coastward progress of this latest phantom alr shlp'ls told in fragmentary, detached bulletins, the first of which seems to have originated In Calgary last week. Since the ship passed over Calgary, reports from Swift Current, Medicine Hat and other cities have been re retved, all telling of the red and green lights. The last report Is from Nel son, where prominent citizens assert It passed there last Wednesday night. o THE SCHOOL OFFICERS WILL MEET The Third Annual School Officers' convention will meet at the court bouse, Salem, Saturday, November 6.
