TWO DIVORCES GRANTED RY JUDGE GALLOWAY Two divorce cases wero granted in tho circuit court todny by Judge Gal loway, and also a number of. other cases disposed of. Tho first dlvorco was that of J. C. Hoyal against Mida E Hoyal. The grounds in this case were desertion, and a dlvorco was given tho plaintiff Tho second cask) was that of Marie Gortrudo Hill against Clarenco Hill, and tho ground was that of cruol and inhuman treatment. Tho plaintiff was awarded a decree of dlvorco and also tho custody of tho minor child, Leonard Hill, aged ono and one-half years. In tho case of Frank Dorby vs. Fred Neckorraan, a case of eject ment, the cross-bill filed was dis missed, and tho case of Frank Ford against tho Oregon Electric Railroad Company, a caso wherein tho specific performance of a contract is sought, was continued for tho purpose of tak ing additional testimony. This practically complotes tho work of tho prdsont term of tho court of Judgo Galloway, When tho term commenced thero wore on tho docket about 90 casos, and about 50 of thorn have boon disposed of, and 35 now . casos have been placed on tho calendar. Tho judgo may hold u short session again next wook, boforo ndjourning court for tho term.
