ing made today for Scott Johuson,
23 yoara old, charged with murder,
who Jumped rrom the rear platform
of a sleeping car on a North Central
train a few miles south of here and
made hh escape yesterday,.
The young man was being return
ed to Cecil county. Maryland, to
face trial by Sheriff Hager of Cecil
county, who apprehended the man
at Santa Roea, CaJ.
Johnson Is alleged to have mur
dered a man named McAllister, who
v orked on the same farm with John
on and whose dead body was ,dH
oovered shortly after Johnson disappeared.
