section 35 of the act of 1907 tho
board has repaid to tho holders of
the ceitlflcates, upon surrender nnd
relinquishment of tho certificates to
tho state, tho amounts paid as prin
cipal and Interest.
"Mr. Keltlhor surrendered nil cer
tificates held by him, amounting to
35,852. 03 acres, and was repaid tho
sum of $25,315.79, plnclpal, nnd
$5729.58. Interest a total of $31.-
05.37. Of the above acreage 20,
5G0 are Included within existing for
est reserves nnd can be used as n
basis for tho Indemnity selections nt
$S.,5 per acre. Tho supremo court
reversed the decision, of tho lower
court In tho caso oi Stato vs. A. T.

action has been commenced against
him.
