Why Colds Aro Dangerous.
Because you hnvo contracted ordi
nary colds and recovered from theut
n-ltViniif trpntmont of anv kind, do
not for a moment Imagine that colds
are not dangerous. Everyone knows
that penumonia and chronic catarrh
havo their origin in a common cold
Consumption Is not caused by a cold,
but the cold prepares the system for
the reception and development of the
germs that would not otherwise have
found lodsment. It is the aamo with
all Infectious dhenses. Diphtheria,
scarlet fover, measles nnd whooplm?
mn.h urn much mora llkelv to be
contrated when tho child has a cold.
You will boo from this tnai more reai
danger lurks In a cold than In nn
nthor nf h"o common allmonts. The
easiest and qulcketst way to curo a
cold Is to take unamoenam a v,uuBu
