with tho Instructions to bidders, by
the Clerk upon application. Each
bid on flour or meat must bo acconf
paated by a certified check of $300,
and each bid on fish by a certified
check of $75.00, and all other bid
by certified checks equal to 10 per
cent of the amount bid; checks of
unsuccessful bidders to be returned
immediately, and thoso of accepted
bidders when tho contract 1b com
