the Duluth company wns damaged to
tho extent of $997.50 by tho failure

entered into at the close of tho prune

handed down in the United States
Circuit Court, Judge Bufflngton find 3
a patent issued to Thomas Edison ot
Jan. 13, 1901, which resulted in it
great economy in the production of
Incandescent light bulbs, to have
been void nnd directs that a decree
be drown for the dismissal of a suit
in equity brought by the Edison El
ectric Light Company against the
Novelty Light Company. Judge Buf
flngton finds that although Edison's
bulb was a valuable correction, t
