ing iptcrseotion, from tho north
side 'ot 'Worth Mill Creek bridge to
tho Fair Ground road in said city, in
tho following manner:
First, by placing In tiling not less
than 24 inchos in clrcumforcnco
ncross said Winter stroot whoro Bald
Wlntor street is intersected by tho
north lino of North street; whoro It
Is intersected by both tho north' aad
south line of Market street, and
whoro it is intersected by the south
Uno of tho Fair Ground road.
Second, by establishing tho grade
and by grading and filling the 'said

to conform to aald grade, except as

Third, by leaving or plowing, out
