Two tennis entered Into the com
potltlvo drill for tho hnndsomo prize,

Knight" an emblematic pin for each
mombor of tho team. Tho award
was made to Salem team which won
over Hubbnrd by 118 points.
Tho banquet which followed the
business session of tho convention
took place in tho Mason's banquet
hall. This was a sumptuous nffnlr,
at which no pnlns were spnred In
Its get-up. A smoker followed tho
banquet uud (ousts responJcd to un

wore called on. The Independence
orchestra furnished music during the
banquet, adding much to tho pleas
