lowing resolution was adepted:
The Resolution.
"Resolved, That the Salem board
df trade heartl'y endorses tho plan
approved by tho Stayton board of
trado for construction of an electric
lino from Stayton to Salem, nnd that
we favor the appointment of two
members or the board or trustees to
act with tho .members of tho board
anpolntod at Stayton on Saturday
night, March 29. ,

this organization to aid in securing
uich subscription of stock as may
bo necessary to insure tho huccckb
