On ono resaslon, the plaintiff tes
tified, Gllstrap camo homo in a
drunken condition and whon she
orled over his waywardness, he
etruok hor a blow In tho face, whloh
'felled her to the ground, and ox-
olalmed with an oath. "You fool,
you're always bawling around here."
The ease was continued by Judge
Galloway.

that he might die on Llncoln's'blrth
day and his funeral was held here
this week. Andrew Wendell enlisted
as a trooper in the Sixteenth New
York cavalry and served through the
oivll war. He was later stationed in
Washington and shared in the prize
money paid for Booth's capture, his
portion being $1800.
