ning a L'rlst ami Haw mill. Tho dam
backed up tho water for flvo or bIx

age dlatrlct was eutabllflhed, having
within Its boundaries tho land on
which was tho backwater. Adjoining
and Just nbovo this was 03 acres of
land, which tho government patented
to tho Btato In 1891, tho tltlo of
which Is now vested In the Miller
