His list of counties includo Multnomah, where, in a count of 11,000 votes, be has a lead of 408, and at the samo ratio means 800 major ity. Clatsop, 200 majority, Malheur and Baker, 000; Linn, 400; Yamhill, 250; Grant, 150; Marion, 100 to 500; Union, 000; Wasco, 250; Umatilla, 100; Josephine, 100; Douglas, 200.
