OREGON TO HAVE TWO JUDICIAL DISTRICTS Just before the house adjourned Feb ruary 21 Representative Gillette of Califernia called up tho senate bill, di viding the state of Oregon Into two! brought up. it needs only unanimous, vote to pass it. I The Portland Journal says: Wash-1 ingtoa dispatches indicate that the bill judicial districts. The bill was read and unanimous eonsent was asked to be considered. Several members manifest ed a spirit of opposition, but Gillette was given an opportunity to make a brief statemont showing the necessity for dividing the state. Ho said: "The hill has passed tho senate and has been reported from the judiciary and has pasted this house granting an other district to the state of Washing ton.
