bau arrived in St. Petersburg this

Portland, Jan. 21. After being out
40 hours tho jury in tho caso of Qcorgo
Sorcnson, who was charged with offer
ing a bribo to District Attorney Hall,

bribery wero mado against two of tho
jurymen, A. C. Adkins, of Polk coun
ty, nnd John Northrup, of Tho Dalles.
In all probability indictments will bo
returned this afternoon.

caso beforo tho grand jury with a view
