Reform School Matters. The board of trustees of the reform school was In session this morning, for the regular monthly meeting. Super Intehdent Blckors was In attendance, and JjIIIb against the school, presented by the superintendent, were audited and allowed. Mr. Bickers ulso pre sented the names of n number of boys who, by good behavior and the earn ing of the necessary merit marks, bad become entitled to being paroled from the school.
