Thursday, August 14th. The primary
purpose of the meeting will be to
definitely determine on the matter of
the price to he paid this year for hop
plaklng. The general feeling In this
locality favors the paying of the same
price that was paid last year 10 rents
a box although some agitation has
been started among some sources for
ns high as 10 celtta. This will lie the
principal matter to come before the
meeting, although there will be a gen
eral discussion of the different meth
ods employed In growing hops, the
best way to cultivate and rare for the
growing crop, and In fact everything
thnt pertains to the hop Industry will
be considered.
