Constitution Is amended. Do not bo deceived. The State Constitution is
only a limitation. The legislature la not prohibited from providing fair eal
arlcs, but It Is Inhibited giving fees and perquisites. An amendment offered
to add after each Constitutional Salary the words "And no more" was voted
down In the Constitutional convention.
