George," a well known aud eccentric
character about town, died suddenly
from heart trouble in McGulro'a Ninth
atroet restaurant this afternoon shortly
before ono o'ulock.
Rubarts waa eating dinner in tho res
taurant. Tho waitresses noticed him
gasping for breath and acting strangly
and thought ho waa drunk They notified
W. 0. McGuIre, proprietor of the restau
rant, who at once knew that
tho man was nick. Ho waa
placed on tho floor and physicians sont

j arrived and found him sinking fast with

breathed his last at 1:10 o'clock,
