will, as nearly as possible, benefit all
the people, and not a few only who kill

open season, it ought not to commence
earlier than the first of September as
the youngest blrda are then rather small
for Bhootlmr. Perhaps under the cir
cumBtancea it would be better to havo
the open season, for these birds, extend
from Sept. 1st to Nov. let., of each year.
