The church of this denomination was
organlrod In Ralom nbout nlno yeara ago,
by ltov. Moyer, and a small chapel waa
built on North Cottago street. About
six yeara ago, for business reaaona, tho
building was removed to Meyers addi
tion, whero aorvlccs woro held, bolng
two yeara without a pastor. Last fall
n call was extended to ltov. Kborle, thu
prosont pastor, who had been in Jchargo
at Walla Walla, and slnco that day tho
Interests of the church, both material
nnd spiritual, havo prospered as never
beforo. A flno lot was purahasod on
Kast Stato Street, thoold building moved
to it, nnd with a now main part a flno
church edifice' has been erected, cost
ing nearly f 1C00.
The work was dono by Mosara. Martin
Hold, Geo. .wicker, Thoa. Itelabcck,
Louis Larden and Bonner, under di
rection of Jos. Droxler. Tho painting
was dono by W. F. It. Brorno. Consid
erable of tho work was donated by
members of thocliurcb, thus saving not
a lit tlo on tho cost.
The building Is finished In whlto out
side and in, with a sky blue colling. Tho
main auditorium will acat about 200 ioo-

lery for tho organ and choir, ns well as a
fair-slcd class room, Over tho altar is
an ornamental' arched alcove, on which

Catholic and Kplacopallan, nnd Is still

from tho mother church by Martin
