A Collision,
A collision oujurred last evening on
Commercial street, by which S. B. Cat
tcrlln was thiown from his bicycle, and
somewhat bruised. It seems that Cat
terlln was riding south and just as ho
p'asscd Court street, J. J. Dalrymplo
turned into Commercial from Court
street, driving a family horse to n rubber-tired
buggy. Cattorlin did not hear
the rig behind him and they were close
together, when Catterlln veered some
what, and in tho collision that followed
Mr.Catterlin was thrown to one sldo. At
tho samo timo Mr. Dalrymplo reined
his horsu sharply to one side. Mr. Cat
terlln was thrown from his bicycle, tho
hind wheel of which was perforated and
demolished by tho horee's hind foot.
Ho picked up the wheel and walked to
tho sidewalk, where he sat down for a
whllo, surrounded hy friends, to whom
ho complained that bis back was quite
painful, and ho was taken home in a cab.
