lar session. These trustees are to bs
approved and confirmed by ttio wnatc.
They are ench to bo undor bond of
15,000 and have control of the prop
erty, finances, and officials and em
ploye". Tlio private accrctary of the
Kovornor Is to bo secretary of the
board.
They aro to meet at tlio capital
monthly, at Icntt, to conduct ttio af
fair of the asylum and two of the
board arc to bo a visiting board lotto
through the wards and premises at
any tlmn without notice mid mnko an
effective Inspection of the conduct of

itors arc lobe posted on each ward
and unce a week tlio patients or to
bo permitted to wrlto to my member
