employs about twenty people at cash

Are there not business houses that

at nominal wages? Must an honest,
upright, virtuous, patriotic oltlzen
starve and his family suffer because
we have nothing to do for a man too
poor to leave Oregon? It does not seem
reasonable. We believe single fam
