If fully collected, would show tho county to have a Iloatlng debt of $10,070.14. But the assessment of the Oregon Pacific railroad property In tho county was not carried onto the rolls In 1801, as it was not known that anything could bo collected. But the county court Is certain that this will now be paid, about $2000, and this will reduce the net Iloatlng liability of tho county to a little over S8000.
