fer for the recovery of 30 case of soda
bottles and cases valued at $75. Also
for (100 damages Is being heard In Jus
tlco Johnsou's court this afternoon,
Geo, W. Hollster appears for the plain
tiff while J. A. Carson aud G. B. Dlm-
lck represent the defeudaut.
The civil action of I. J. Price vs. Geo.
J. Wolfer, to recover personal property
by replevin, was heard today before
Justice Johnson. The case was argued
on law points Aug. 15, aud nonsuit was
entered at plaintiff's request. The
facts In the cose are now being tried to
the court. The suit Is for possession of
about $75 worth of soda water bottles
aud cases, and $100 damages. Bon
ham, Hotlister aud A. N, Holman ap
pear for plaintiff, aud Mr. Wolfer Is
represeuted by G. B. Dlmlok and John
A. Carson.
