on February 10, 1895, between tho

o'clook yesterday Judge Fullerion
passed upon the motion for nnew trial.
The court took up the allegations set
forth In tho motion aud overruled all
in detail.

Little Rock, Ark., Dec. 21. Jeie
Ha'sou, tbe ex-congressman who was

guilty of forgery and perjury In several
pension cases, was sentenced by Judge
Edgerton to two years lu prison at
