No one can question but that tbey will

Disturbers of the Peace.
Several young men and young girls
are complained of as roimiog the
I streets late at nigbt in South Salem,
and disturbing tbe neighbors with
fiendish, cat-like and boisterous laugh
ter and yells. They keep people awake
at unseemly times when all well be
haved youngsters Bhould be in bed.
Some allowance must be made for these
capers of youth at this season of the
year. It is too much to resist, a fine
spring evening with- moonlight, star
light, tbe scent of all things budding
and blooming, aud young blood full of
excitement and music But time
bloods are carrying the tblng too far
and if their parents d-i not spank tbem
and put them to bed at a more seemly
hour the constable may be asked to put
an end to their billing and cooing.
