The Mouth.
The mouth is tho front door of
your face. It Is the aperture to the
cold storage room of your auatomy.
Some mouths look like peaches nod
cream, and some look like a bole
chopped into tho wall to admit a
new door or window. The mouth is
a luitbtd of toothache, tho butighole
of oratory and a bany's crowning
glory. It is a crimson isle to your
lives and uulure's apparatus for
nlowing out the gas. It is patriot
ism's fountalu heud and the
toolohcst for pie. Without It tlo
politician would be a wauderer on
the face of the earth aud the cornet
ist and chorous girl would go down
to un uuhonored grave. It is the
grocer's friend, tho orator's pride,
and tho dentist's hope. It puts
some men ou the rostrum and many
ou the atouo pile. It is tempt-itiou's
lunch counter when uttauhed to a
maiden, ail tobaccoul'st wiien at
tached to a muu. Without it mar
ried life would bo a perpetual sum
mer dream, aud tho tlmlu would lose
fiulf ills attractions. And most of
all aud greutest of all, if there wero
no mouths thero would be no. good
byes or happy greetings, no words
of comfort or hope, no laughter or
song full of praise. The hired man
could not be called to dinner und no
ono would ask "Where did you net
that hat?" Aikausaw Traveler.
