Cleveland is expected by his partners to resume his law practice Immediately. Secretary Bayard will remain in Washington until warm weather sets in and will then go to his farm at Wilmington, Delaware. The Whitneys will come to Now York. Tho Endtcotts will go abroad for several years. Postmaster Geueral Dickinson will return to Detroit, Michigan. Attorney-General Garland will lo cate in New York and resume the practice of law. A llccfstcak Cancer. Black Itivnn Falls, Wis., Mar. 10. Mrs. Wm. Galloway some years ago was ataoked with a cancer on her breast. It increased In size and tho physicians said nothing could be done to help her. But some ono made tho discovery that it was a "beefsteak cancer," and prescribed beefsteak as a remedy. Over a year ago It was thought that sho would not live from ono day to tho noxt. Tho beefsteak was applied and it was found that every twenty-four hours tho cancer would eat seven pounds of beefsteak. When taken from tho cancer there is nothing left of tho beef but tho tlsauo and tough parts of it, and every particlo of moisture will bo drawn out, tho remainder being as porous as a sponge. Mrs. Galloway is no worso than sho was a year ago, tho cancer living on tho beef instead of on her. Cause For Alarm. Oklahoma, I. T., March 10. It Is understood that the military will clear tho country of boomers shortly without waiting further orders. A general alarm prevails in all camps, and thoy aro ready to move at a momouts' warning.
